American Wheatley HVAC’s Air Release Valves are fully automatic valves and require no regular maintenance. Their purpose is to release air that accumulates in a pipeline during its operation. As a system is being filled, the air is vented through the small orifice. When fluid enters the valve, the float rises and shuts off the orifice, preventing any leaks. American Wheatley’s Air Release Valves are available in varying sizes for your application.
